About Olivia:
Food, and the beauty of gathering around a dinner table, are some of my favorite things in the entire world.
After doing a full career-180 from quitting my corporate 9-5, I attended culinary school in 2024. Fast forward, I currently work as a line cook at Michelin-guided République in Los Angeles. On my off days, I run Olivia’s Table: a full service culinary experience. Olivia’s Table hosts ongoing supper clubs as well as catering.
I’m Lebanese, so hosting is practically in my DNA. I love finding big and small ways to incorporate my culture into what I cook and how I host.
I work with fellow chefs and line cooks and friends, and I hope you have just as much fun as we do when you dine with us!
